Create a Flow of system UI visibility change events on the View instance where the value emitted is one of the following: View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LOW_PROFILE, View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION, View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_FULLSCREEN

Note: Created flow keeps a strong reference to the View instance until the coroutine that launched the flow collector is cancelled.

Example of usage:

view.systemUiVisibilityChanges()
    .onEach { event ->
         when(event) {
             View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LOW_PROFILE -> {
                 // handle system UI low profile event
             }
             View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION -> {
